2002 Silverado door handle question??

I have a 2 door extended cab with the half doors. If I buy the door handle covers for the back doors off a 4 door truck will they fit my front doors? some one tried to steal my audio system Saturday but I have 2 way remotes (Viper alarm) and was out side in a few seconds to see them drive off. they hit the lock on the driver door and it popped off the thing holding it so all they had to do was turn the lock with a screw driver ( thats what it looked like) and they where in. so i pushed it into the door cavity as i have never used the key to open the doors since i bought the truck. long story short this is why i would like to put the blank door covers on the front doors.
