WTB Main shaft for Rockwell t-221 Transfer Case

I knew going into this rebuild parts for a Rockwell were hard to come by. Now I'm at the point where either I find a used main shaft or find another complete working 221 or switch to NP205.

Rockwell Standard T/Case
Model: T221 N3
Ratio: 1.94
Serial: 12 67-034

Maybe someone down south who has a 4x4 but didn't have to used the 4wd much?

Fingers crossed!

You need to join pirate4x4.com/forum and post in the WTB section....somebody there will have what you need.

Personally, I'd switch to a different t.c.

Re: WTB Main shaft for Rockwell t-221 Transfer Case

Man i thought i was the only one with a rockwell case..I was lucky ,i was in Harry's U Pull It in Hazelton PA and there was a 69 3/4 4x4 there with a rockwell case..I bought it for a spare in 1995. I am running the rockwell in my 70 4x4 blazer with the 69 K/20 axles. Check with 1tonmudder on ck5 board. he may know of another one. I do not want to part with my spare just yet..If the $$ is right i may.

I even have a 4speed with an factory aux overdrive 3 speed trans behind it (divorsed) Was in a 1967 GMC TON moving box van.

Patsfan, I have an R221 and np205 within driving distance from you, 08015 in NJ. Your choice $75. Rockwell came out of a '69 Blazer, P.O. said truck ran and shifted fine, but no guarantees, 205 came out of a running '71 Blazer. Can get pics if your interested.

Patsfan, No R-221, my bad abbreviation for Rockwell, it's a T221. Will try to get pics tomorrow.
