1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

1969 CST4X4 Blazer tub, All the rust has been replaced ...New toe boards, inner rockers, outer rockers, rocker boxes. The firewall has been smoothed out and ready to work. The floor is in great shape. I have the original frame, and a powder coated nice frame also. I have a nice np205 and sm465 that has been cleaned with new gaskets and seals. I have a dana 44 front end, and a 12bolt for the rear. I am asking $2000 for it all, I want to sell it all together...contact Greg@ 501-207-3303...thanks

Re: 1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

Pictures of the floor metalwork? Any bondo in it? How hard would it be to reverse the smooth firewall back to factory?

Re: 1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

that's all the pics I have of it at the present time. I have it stored in a storage unit. The floorboards are in great shape. No rust at all. Changing the firewall back wouldn't be an issue. The steering column, and brake booster mounts are still there. Vintage AC is what I would recommend for heat and air. What you see is all metal....the only filler is in the letters on the tailgate........as far as a top...I do have one....but not a great one...the one I have has the rear hatch hinges cracked out (like most of them).......let me know if I can answer anymore questions...thanks

Re: 1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

I dont have a title, but I have a bill of sale from the previous owner....you would have to apply for a lost title...no biggie. I would take $1500 for the tub and the chassie its on.

Soooo close! Too bad the finances aren't there right now. So, unless you are willing to trade slave labor or something...ttt for a clean builder.

Re: 1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

Kinda off topic, but how's the rear hatch? Looking for parts to repair mine, or a decent replacement.

Re: 1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

Has this sold yet? If no, what is your price on just the body and frame? Im not interested in the trans or transfer, and it would be easier for you to sell them since you have done the work (IMHO). I am interested in the body and frame.

THANKS

Re: 1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

If you get a buyer for the tub only, I'm looking for a chassis to put a Willys Wagon body on. Heck, I'll send a PM, too.

Re: 1969 K5 Blazer tub and running gear

DentMaster,

I would be willing to buy the tub only if it would help things move faster for you. If not, please let me know your price on the tub and chassie only.
