I know, you would have thought since my first truck was a 69 swb gmc 2wd i would have apreciated this one more but like i said young and dumb. My project truck is now my baby and all i think about and now feel pretty bad about destroy'n that one.

Looking back on the things I have done in the past I have no room to talk. The major one that comes to mind was a 96 ford F150. Paid $6995 from a dealer in '01. She had 70K and grandma and grandpa had to own it, the word immaculate doesn't even begin to describe the truck. 9 months later it was burred window deep in a pond, beat to piss, rear end out of it, tranny missing first through fourth, motor knocking and two full tanks of gas with 190k on it. She lived a hard,hard life and lived through most of it

Atleast it wasn't a swb I've seen worse, my buddie had a hemi cuda he left at his parents until he could get the room and money to rebuild it, we took my truck to drag it home this spring, mom crushed it and several old chevy trucks(one of which was a 67 with buddie buckets that was supposed to be mine), worried the neighbors thought they were hoarders, that was a shame, not like it was a mint all original survivor to begin with, I'm sure these trucks have been wasted worse, atleast it wasfun and lasted 2 seasons, looks like penticton? pretty cool races to watch

sad to see one go but Im sure it was blast. I have sent a number of early seventies cars to the crusher that way which a few were straight out of a grandmas garage but smashin them is always a blast.

well when it was purple and black it got best appearing and a trophy and i think i finished fourth my clutch went out. when it was green i got fifth but the motor was so heat soaked it wouldnt run
