Carb/Intake Combo

Ok guys, here is my dilemma..I had an awesome old Edelbrock Scorpion intake that worked awesome with my 283/1406 Carb Combo, unfortunately the meat head PO forced a bolt into the head and it leaks like crazy and now has stress cracks and it junk IMO. I was given an old Stock GM intake and bought an adapter to get the carb mounted, but there is no bolt hole in the head for my alternator bracket on the front driver side! Just want a quick fix intake that would have everything I would need to get this truck running, I have until Friday, my daughter's girl scout parade is then and I want to parade her around in the ol' 67.
