Pitman and Idler arms?
Is there a way of checking them? (to replace or not)
It's a'90 chevy half ton 2 wheel drive 5.7l with power steering. Wheels on the ground?,off the ground?. thanx T

on ground, have a friend rock the steering wheel and watch for any up/down in both arms

the pitman should be fine(no joint) the joint is in the center link IIRC
