Good websites detailing buildups?

I have found several different websites that were pretty good detailing 4wd buildups but was wondering if everyone could post any they have or have run across. I recently acquired a 74 Blazer for $200 ($300 actually but $100 was for interior to use in my 75 Jimmy) and was looking at making a truck I could go do some rock crawling in but not an all out offroad truck. It will be street driven some maybe 5-6 times a month weather permitting( top was crushed by a falling limb so its full time convertible now)

Oh btw I tried to use the search feature but it would not let me for some reason. Figured I better add that before I get yelled at.

Thanks
Brad

Lots of info on ColoradoK5.com. As for the top, you can always get a soft top. http://bestop.com and http://www.specialtytopco.com both make tops for the second gen K5.

Know what you mean about Pirate4x4. I don't visit there much anymore... I pretty much hang out here and on CK5.com

Actually I was thinking of just using the spray-in bedliner stuff all the way to the firewall and not even worry about a top for it. It will definitely have a full cage and if I use large enough tubing I could get some shade from that. :p Seriously though I was thinking of using a bikini top for those extra sunny days Texas is known for. Not like its gonna have a big $2500 stereo system installed...............maybe just keep the factory AM radio and leave it to the CB for any profanity I need to hear.

I have also looked around some on CK5.com but have not joined it yet.If I recall right they have discounts on parts for members so it might be worth joining in.

BTW I notice you are near Seattle. If my ex g/f does not start making more timely payments on the 99 Z28 as she agreed to I may be flying up there to repo that car soon. She is in Olympia or so she claims. Is Bothell close to Oly or another direction from Seattle? I do not recall seeing that name when I was there several years ago. I do recall a town close to the base I think called Tillicum or something like that which I found to be an amusing name for a town. If you are near Oly area I might get you to do some surveilance to see if the car is where she says it is. She claims she has not drove it for 5-6 months due to her not having insurance> I highly doubt this though. Beautiful country up that way though. Would love to go back again sometime but would hate to live with all that rain.

Bothell is northeast of Seattle - we are just another suburb. It is probably a 1 to 1 1/2 hr drive to Olympia (a lot more if you leave during traffic times). There are several board member and vendors in Olympia though.

The rain gets old but on the sunny days, I can't imagine living anyplace else.

I plan on doing the spay-liner thing on my truck too. But it is just too wet up here to run without a top and my truck doesn't fit in the garage!
