which new hood hinges?
I am restoring the 67 and the hood hinges are just worn out. Ive lubed them, and tried adjusting every which way and im just not going to be happy with them. Are the aftermarket hinges good, or should I spend the extra money and get gm hinges. Any other suggestions are welcome. thanks in advance!

Re: which new hood hinges?
I bought GM hinges for less money than aftermarket....from a dealership and they ordered them. I also got new springs. I have the part numbers, but not in front of me. When I can, I'll edit this and add them.

Re: which new hood hinges?
I have the aftermarket hinges and springs and they fit perfect. I also applied 3m scotchcal tape to the backsides of the hinge so I would not scratch the paint when installing them.
