Not the firewall.....just inside the driver side headlight. I'll look closer in the daylight. My guess is it's bolted on, but what do I know?

It's bolted or screwed on.

I had mine off when I painted the radiator support but I can't remember exactly how it bolted on.

Was this specific to 67's? The reason I ask is that is where mine is in my 68.

You need to take a look at the bottle bracket too. The 67/68 brackets are different than the 69/72s. There is a stand spot welded to them. I may have one laying around the shop to take a picture of. WES

Confusion between the firewall and the radiator core support? I don't know. I didn't read very closely. But it made me think about the terminology of "firewall".

Seems logical that it was originally called that to keep actual "fire" out of the laps of the driver and passenger. Wonder whose blackened lower sections (or whatever) accounted for the name? Or, when?
Imagine, if the lawyers back then were chasing like they are now. The firewall would now be called the "Algoneklin J. Calhoun, Esq. Memorial Engine To Passenger Compartment Separator".

But, more on theme; Anybody have a routing diagram for the windshield watering tubes on a '71? When I got the front clip with my pile'o-parts, the washer bottle was in there, but no tubing.
I'm sure, from looking at pics, that three tubes are supposed to go thru the firewall (there's that word again) at that three-hole grommet near the dizzy. But I have no idea what size tube.
Or where to connect which one of them to the windshield wiper (washer) motor.

Thanks.
