HELP!!! See pic; How do I remove this bolt?

I'm installing a KP Components Watts Link and I have a bolt on the upper passenger side on the rear end (see pic) that I need to remove due to interference. I think it might be called the panhard bar bolt(?) possible. Is it threaded thru or does it need beat out? I don't want to screw up threads so hopefully someone out there can let me know. (The pic shown is not my truck; I used a pic off 67 cheby's build cause this is basically what my truck is in the rear before today is over!!!

That bolt is friction fit (pressed in) to the hole. I put a couple nuts on the end and "gently" tapped mine out with a big hammer.
