Just got factory Efans
Just scored some factory electric fans from the junkyard for $145. Great deal for up here.
I've already got them all installed and working. I built my own wiring harness off of a wiring diagram for the factory electric fans from 05+ trucks. It uses 3 relays which are switched off of the PCM via pin 42 and pin 33. I setup my tune with HP tuners and set the turn on and off temps of both the fans and the AC pressure on off temps so the fans kick on when the A/C is running. So far so good!

Re: Just got factory Efans
Great score! I really dig those fans used on the later GM trucks.

Re: Just got factory Efans
I'll have to look into some of these for my 01 Hoe, not only for performance/mileage, but also because my A/C doesn't work all that well when sitting at a standstill.

Re: Just got factory Efans
It's a great upgrade for sure! I think I read that some of the trucks like your tahoe might have the narrower radiator 28" I think? So the Efans might not bolt on unless you swap to a different one, I think 32", which comes standard on the SS models and HD's I think. I think thats what I read at least might want to check into it though, as they sure look nice under the hood. Looks completely factory!

You'll need the 34" Radiator from 05+ trucks or 00-04 2500 series trucks
