What is it?

Cleaning out the barn, boy American Pickers would love my place. Anyway found this piece, NOS
GM but number is faded and can't read it. Stamped on it is 4411Z05 but a google search brings up nothing with that number. Any ideas?

might be the support bracket for the battery tray, I think it attaches to the core support or fender
