too me it seems like the I6 is too far forward? i have a 69 parts truck with a I6 an it seems to be sitting back farther, i havent looked at the way its mounted in the 69 yet

and that z looking bar for the cluch linkage do i have to replace it? they have one made for a v8 do i need that one or can i use my old one whats the differents?

can anyone confirm about the pic of the I6? if it is mounted were a v8 mount, i just dont wanna have any problems when i start swaping out the motors, thanx

put the v8 where the I6 was. you'll need to change the Z bar set up, as it's different from I6 to V8.

another tip for you..on the top right hand side of this page there's a "Search" button. You can get most of ur questions answered by doing a search..AKA: z bar, I6 to V8(350) swap ect..
