Question rim backspacing help

I am looking at a set of 20X8 eagle 212's with 5 inch backspacing. would I have any clearence problems??

could rub

Standard back space is 4-1/2". I don't have a 1/2" clearance between my wheels and the box on my stepside. I'm sure others are running them though.
