help!! tailight wireing and dash lights

so i went to my local pick and pull and scored a tailight harness and tailight buckets and brake light buckets for $50 (may have over paid, idk)... i wired it up to test but only my blinkers work and blink very slow and the passenger blinker is crazy slow.. also non of my tailights come one in park and dash lights do not come on either... the dash lights could all be blown but i know my tailights are not they are brand new....

what i have tried
-followed the tailight wiring from back to the cab and all looks good..
- tested another plug harness from under bed to taillights and smae thing...
- when headlights are off front blinkers are bright, when headlights are on front blinkers dont work...

any input as to what i can look at?

Have you checked your grounds? All that is coming to my mind is a bad ground, but I'm sure others will chime in with better advice. I know how frustrating it can be chasing electrical gremlins.
