BB with A/C and manual drum brakes! Gotta love the thought process behind that! All go and no slow! Or did someone "delete" the booster at some point? Does it have power steering?
Looks to be in good original condition. Slap in the correct dog dish hubcaps and rear view mirrors and you got a winner!

What needs to be done? I would leave it be.
And I would offer you that much if I had the $$$$. There is a blazer out here that I was looking at and the guy wants $5500 for it. but it is not worth that the top has been cut for a sky light and there is a lot of little rust spots. Just from the pic I would give $4500 for the BIG BANANA.:p
