okay started drilling the holes for the mirror on the passenger door i think i am going to save up and order":
the red rear lenses, the 2 white or ''clear'' lenses, the gaskets for the mirrors the parking light lenses and the chrome ring that goes on the outside of the dash and keeps the ignition in the dash

I have a diagram on sport mirror mounting..

My truck didnt have holes either, Or so I thought, If you looked CLOSELY you could see the bondo circles, I knocked em thru with a screwdriver and wala

my dinosuar,1972 radio shack phone is breaking and is messing up calls... so a the phone will be taken care of buyt i am going to buy the i pod touch for my radio and just as an ipod

has the truck ever been repainted and possibly bondo'd the holes up (mine was)

I have a special folder for pictures titled 'whats what' I put all the schematics etc etc in there, it comes in handy lol

wow the pass. mirror arm is 1 inch longer to help with view that is cool! but they are both put in the same area.... cool thanks john!

well the doors and mirrors are a funny story.... this truck only had the one mirror on the driver side i guess the owner didnt like it and went to another mirror then another then another. there are about 8 or 9 holes on each door seems the owner measured the passenger side and drilled smaller holes on the ass. so he could put the same style mirror on the pass. side after that i lost count..... nice doors bad owner: speaker holes, excessive amount of holes for various mirrors and the driver door arm rest cage nusts came out so he messed up the holes....should i weld in bolts or JB weld in bolts to the door for the arm rests?

haha good i dont have to save them there in my build haha

No arm rests looks clean I sorta wish I didnt get any (my truck never had em).

You'll have to get the jb weld'd nut to stick to the backside of the door..

Are there suppost to be 'speednuts' or J nuts?

I have a bunch more 'whats what' so if ya need anything hollar at me

well i need diagrams of what holes are what for the fire wall i know the basics: clutch hole, steering colum hole, heater holes but there are others on the drivers side i am unsure

okay guys heres what went down today: went out and got below the bodyline behind the wheel on the passenger side bed perfect (or close to perfect and need a little bondo),and then i got tired of the 3/8s thick bondo in front of the wheel below the body line so i grinded that down......needless to say it looks like some body had a fight with a baby powder monster and the baby powder won! haha. so now there isnt any thing hiding and i need some patch panels.....sucks. also still waiting on ''mt man chad'' for my glove box emblem but i did get my arm rests in the mail with the clutch delete plug ,AWSOME!thanks todd! well the ppo decided he waqnted to mess up the door so you couldnt mount the arm rest (driver door), so if i cant mount the arm rest through the panel into the door then i will mount the arm rest to the door panel! haha i have out smarted the ppo! still waiting on a reply from another member who i sent money to for the middle seat belt......pics in a sec need to upload
