What do you guys think about the Customer Service with CPP?

My experience with those guys has been terrible!!!!! You would think someone wanting to spend over $3000.00 would get better service. Any alternative places to get a full brake conversion kit?

Re: What do you guys think about the Customer Service with CPP?

I just ordered some stuff and delt with Jeff. When you place the order ask him to process it right then and this will save about 7 to 10 days of them processing it the normal way. After I did that it shipped 2 days later. Still 14 days from time of order to delivery.

Re: What do you guys think about the Customer Service with CPP?

I just got a email from the sales rep from CPP. saying they dont even have the brackets in stock now!!!! So I called Early Classics. spoke with Stan!!! Although I'm paying a $150.00 more than CPP. I'm going to get the order at descent timeframe and he stood behind his product!!!!! I'll pay a extra $150.00 for a piece of mind and good sound products!!!

Check out the "review board" area of this board.
There are many reviews of CPP's customer service.

I'm sure this thread will also get moved there.

Welcome to the board!
I just realized you were a new member.

Check out the drop down "Forum Jump" box in the lower right hand corner of each page.
There is so much good info here that many people never see.
The forum jump box will get you around this site to areas like the FAQ's.
The FAQ (frequently asked questions) area,... has a ton of info.

I go thru it from time to time.
It's really a hidden source of some pretty cool tricks, tips and tech articles.

Again,... welcome.
