Re: BBC swb cheyenne

I read that thinking the poster was saying the 400 was ordered by the current owner back in 72...but maybe he was saying it was upgraded at some point....

definitely worth a lot more if it's on the SPID

Re: BBC swb cheyenne

It's states "one owner".
Then at the end it states, "upgraded engine/transmission package by the current owner".

Maybe they mean rebuilt engine and transmission?

Definitely our kind of truck. I believe the truck is an original bb and the selection of wording was a poor choice.. I think his wording of "upgrade" is in reference of when the truck was ordered and more appropiate word would have been" optional". From the pics and info Steve has I think it is a factory BB. Value would be hard to determine because the factory BB survivors are few and far between. Fair market value is around $12-13000 but if someone really wanted this kind of truck it probably would be wise to pay the $16000 because you could not run down to the corner drugstore and find another one. Steves silence may be because he is trying to buy the truck.
Hope that helps Paul ..... I will try to get Jason's opinion as he is the real guru

I was at the Thunder/Suns game. Thunder wins!

Yeah, it's the real deal. He's checking to see if his dad can find the original paperwork. They know what they've got.

Thx for posting the pics Steve...i thought tilt steering came standard on super???. It has some cosmetic damages so maybe $12k would be fair offer in this economy....hmmmmm!!!

Re: BBC swb cheyenne

Tilt was an option. No tach or tilt, it's got some battle scars and needs a lot of TLC. Even $12K is pretty steep given what you'd have to put into it.

Nope, haven't seen it. At $16K it's too rich for me to mess with.
