wanted: swb truck in Missouri
Looking for a nice 67-72 Short wide or step side "driver" truck. Nice original truck preferred. Long bed trucks considered. Also,...would consider any non- running projects. Prefer in the state of Missouri. Thanks!

lolife99, On the fourth of July weekend I had to make a trip to Rolla a found a 72 shortbed. It was in decent shape & it looked as though the guy that owned put a fairly hot 350 in it. He had a price of $4900 on it I think. Anyway it was located on the west side of Rolla just off of I44 at a little antique store/gas station. Maybe that will help you out.

lolife...welcome to the board from Jeff City. You should be able to find one. I saw a short step on the way to the lake this weekend. Had newer 350 and new tires. He was asking 2500, but there was quit a lot of cancer there....

Thanks for the help! I will look into both trucks. I am not oppose to a higher doller truck either. I really want a 71-72 SWB Cheyenne Super. I would consider trading my '99 standard cab short bed for the right truck. My '99 has a 4/6 djm drop, tahoe grill, snug top, Billet Specialties SLX08's (17x8 and 17x10 with 255's and 275's.) Anyone,... ? "1971Stepside", your truck is going to be awesome!
