4x4 guage light

I've searched through pages of threads trying to find a certain one.

Does anyone remember the thread in which the guy put the 4x4 indicator light in the blank guage hole? I believe it was a thread about custom touches to guage clusters.

Appreciate the help.

Re: 4x4 guage light

I was thinking about something similar, in my 1987 Blazer there's a "four wheel drive" light in the speedo section very similar to the "brake" and "temp" light in the fuel gauge section of pre 73 trucks, I was thinking of removing the "temp" light and installing a "four wheel drive" light out of an 87 era truck or Blazer. It looks like it would fit right in, all I would have to do is hook up a switch to the T case lever.

Thats right bigguy, though I'm not sure of the truck, it was in the blank hole beside the colum. It looked sweet and was just a "4x4". I'll keep searching, I think it was in a "show us your custom guages" thread.
