Smile need photo shop pro, blazer two door pickup conversion

Hey guys and girls just joined the site today and im going to be starting a full size 1986 jimmy project, hopefully soon. I was thinking of buying a cab and cutting the back half off to convert the truck to a hummer style body with only two doors, want the bench in back still though. This is gonna be a lot of work to do and it would be awesome if someone could photo shop this blazer to look like this suburban just shorter and remove the second set of doors and it would be what i want her to look like. Cheers, hope you guys can help.If you guys wanna use any other pics your more then welcome

Thanks Russ, that was definately a good read, long as hell , this makes me wanna just do that instead of making such a permanant change. What do you think of my idea? Its kinda like a hummer style body i guess, heating and cooling would much more efficient with a smaller space and i think it looks cooler imo.

I do like the ultra shortbox look and it would be great if it fits your needs. I also agree that try to make it so that what ever you decide can be undone, so that you dont lose the option to go back to the blazer.

Might be easier to do (body work wise) with a used Blazer top, but you would still have the rear to contend with.

ROSCOMMON did this for Municipalities to reutilize M1009 CUCV Blazers for Fire Departments:

No reason why you couldn't make it a 4 seat top and have the side glass recut to size to accomodate the rear seat too.
