Console and seat question

First question I have is, I have both consoles and seats out of a 89-91 Sub.
I want to install these in my 89 CrewCab. I know I need brackets for the inner front seat tracks, but do I need anything for the rear of the inner front seat tracks?
Next question, Overhead console doesnt match the curve of the roof very well. Is the suburbans inner roof different? Anyone have pics or info on how/where to mount the bracket correctly?

Re: Console and seat question

Chevy parts book shows a bracket that mounts to the burb roof above the headliner. I'm trying to see if anyone has modified one of these to go in a regular cab. I'm bored to death with my 84 gmc and looking for something to do with it. I'm half way through installing power mirrors on it.

Re: Console and seat question

Bracket lines up pretty well. Console is not curved correctly to match the hump on the inner roof.

Re: Console and seat question

No youb don't need anything for the rear inner seat brackets, just drill and brace a new hole
