I am in Riverside/Corona, by the 15/91 fwy. junction. The 6 banger looks good too.

Re: some pic of my progress
Yeah, with traffic I like inline 6's. Ran them all the time in my Jeeps. Lots of torque, decent on fuel, and you can really wake them up with Clifford components.

Re: some pic of my progress
I hear you on the scrappers. Been a LOT of thefts around here recently. My neighbor had his catalytic converter stolen off of his Tundra the other night. Copper wire is getting stripped out of anything and everthing too. With all this great weather, it sucks having to work on my truck in the garage, but I saw a scrap truck driving by reaaal slow last week, so I keep my stuff indoors now.

Re: some pic of my progress
Tmend, Just wanted to jump in with some love for the 6cyl. I love the 6 bangers. My truck has a v8 but the next one I get will have a I6 for sure. And you don't have just any 6 cyl that's a 292 the big dog, stump puller. That's awesome man, glad to see you running it. It looks great, I love the look of the I6's, and your project looks awesome to. That will be a fine truck when finished. Definitely looking forward to the progress pics, and thanks for sharing these. Awesome man just Awesome!!!!!

Re: some pic of my progress
I'm also running it with the factory floor shift 4 speed. I had to change the rear end was only hitting 55 on the freeway. Went with a rear end out of a 79 with 373
