Wedding vs. Car Show
So this weekend my hometown is have a car show but my nieghbor is gettin' married.
My mom said that i have to go to the wedding. i told her i "hardly" now them and i can't miss the show. we went back and forth, even at my grandma's house. my grandma jump in and said i should go to the..........car show. Yippy. so i keep working on my mom and this moring she said i can go to the car show. thank goodness, weddings are boring and there is hardly any chrome.

There may have been some foxy chicks in slinky dresses at the wedding! But then there may be some scantily clad babes at the car show!!! What is a young man to do!??

Weddings and funerals.......you get NO points for being there, but you lose major points if you don't show up. I swear, people will remember that crap for years to come. My cousin got married back in '91, but I was playing in a country band. I booked a gig and my aunt went ballistic. Bottom line is life is short, do what you really feel like doing. Or if you want to keep the peace, swing by the church on the way to the car show. Sign the guest book in the lobby and hightail it to the show!!!!!

Reminds me of something my Uncle once told me. He said a man only needs one suit in his life and he only needs to wear it twice...Once to get married and once to get buried, and since their both the same thing you can wear the same suit! Thought that was kinda clever!
