I would replace the tires as mentioned, but would also bring a camera an ice chest with cold beer or other beverages Nice trucks !!!

As far as the tires, I would just take it to a respected tire dealer in the area and have them check them out. If they say they are OK I would check the basic stuff and hit the road. One thing you have to remember though, nobody ever accused me of being real smart... (so my wife says).. LockDoc
