Bedliner size? Will 88-98 work for us?
Will a 1988-1998 bedliner fit in the 67-72's?. I know the tops of the bed rails are wider in the newer trucks. I am curious if anybody has used an "UNDER RAIL" type in our trucks. Thanks......Jim

Phil, my dads 70' has that same liner but I don't know what it was really made for. He likes his alot. The reason I'm asking specifically about 88-98 is I saw an ad recently in a local paper for one and thought as long as it's under the rail it would work. The 88-98 bedrails are real wide compared to our trucks.......Jim

Yes Jim, they'll work. I know of a 69 that has one of these bedliners in it, and it dropped right in. For your truck, you should have the box Line-X'd. I've seen it in a variety of colors and it looks great!!

Tim, I got a price of $525 to do mine in blue from Line X. I should have been more clear in my previous post. I saw the ad and that triggered an idea!. Do mine in a carpeted liner like a Bedrug. I'm finally getting a garage in the next few months so the carpet would not be an issue. Somebody on here posted a pic of their truck with one and it looked really slick!
