cab corners and rockers help

Are they hard to put on ? whats needed? any tips ?

They are really not that hard to do if you have some basic welding and metal working skills. On the rockers you drill out the old spot welds, line up the new rocker panel carefully ( so the body lines line up and the doors close properly, then just tack them back in with a welder, being careful not to overheat and warp the sheet metal.
On the cab corners, you cut out the old cancer until you get to good metal, then butt weld in the new patch panel. I trim the patch panel and just use what I need to repair the hole that I cut out.
