Door Spring

Where can I get just a door spring for a 1969 Chevy C10? Dont want to buy whole hinge. Cant find one on any of the parts sites.

They don't have springs, just a little thing that keeps the door from opening too far that has two raised spots that presses against some friction things to keep the door open.
