ID OEM VS re-pop side molding
Is there an easy way to identify OEM VS re-pop side molding for a LWB Cheyenne Super? The molding is not in the original packaging.

If it is the lower woodgrain molding, post some pics. Some people can tell the difference of the shade/grain of the woodgrain.

No pics. I can't get the guy to take any. He says it came off a truck that was restored about 10 years ago. He believes they are OEM pieces.

I don't think it is fishy. Even if it is re-pop stuff the price is right. He will meet me and let me put my hands on it first. Soo... back to the original question:
Is there a way to tell if it is re-pop or OEM without the packaging? |

Not going for concourse. I just prefer original over reproductions. I was planning to restore my original stuff but this seems to be a great deal and would save me tons of time. Guess I'm going to pull the trigger on it tomorrow as long as it looks good in person.
