3/4 springs on 1/2

Hello
I am wanting to put some rear 3/4 leaf springs on a 1/2 ton 1967 K10
is this posible? Would they just bolt up with some new U-bolts? or are
the frames different that it would be a major job? Thanks for any help

Re: 3/4 springs on 1/2

they bolt in the same. The parts books actually list 1/2 ton and std 3/4 ton as the same spring and then there is a HD 3/4 ton spring probably put in the Camper Specials and other heavy weight rated 3/4 tons.
