fbody springs

Is it possible to fit F-body smallblock frontsprings on a67stepside 1/2ton truck? Mine collapsed yesterday, and I can get hold of some Camaro 69 springs.

I would not bother using Camaro springs, they will not have the correct spring rate, let alone the weight capacity to support the trucks weight.

Off the top of my head the front truck springs are 900-1000lb/in rate, and the Camaro fronts are soft ~400lb/in. The rear truck springs are double pigtailed and IIRC ~600lb/in rate.
