Re: Fall Rod Run Pics

I went to the Rod Run as well... I go to either the Spring or Fall almost every year. This was by far the largest one I've been to.. More trucks than norm this year. Lots of great people and cars/trucks..

that orange beaut gets a standing ovation every time in my book. Holy frijoles that's nice. Also like the lowered blue/green one.

Re: Fall Rod Run Pics

Thanks for posting, a comment and question. I dig the engine cover on "Tommy's" truck, Thriftmaster indeed. Is the bed in the orange truck a composite deck material (trex) or bent metal? Did you take a look to see how it was attached? It has me thinking. Also I am feeling the lack of Task Force love too!!

Re: Fall Rod Run Pics

Orrie, Good call... Looks like 'Trex' to me too.

Trex decking goes in with fasteners that clip/fit into grooves in the side of the deck boards, and they fasten down to ... well... joists or whatever....

Think there's green treated under there???

Diggin em all! Thanx for the pics Rooster!
