Crap!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, we were in the process of putting the hood on my nice new painted truck and theres a crack in the center of the hood to the right of were the factory hood emblem went in the shape of a peace symbol the size of a dime. So I'm super pissed off.

Anyone know of a way to fix it WITHOUT repainting the hood?

Re: Crap!!!!!!!!!!!

i would take some paint from the can and brush it on there a couple layers thick, then sand it smooth with 800 and go to 1000 rather quick, get a detail gun and spray it with clear and 1000/2000 grit the clear to blend in and buff and it should be hardly noticible, this trick usually works great on rock chips and such
