Re: Outer Heater Box Door Question
If you are talking about the little silver door in the photo, I thought those were gasketed with a foam seal?
If so, I wonder if you could replace it with hardware store foam gasketing? I have never seen a rebuild kit for these boxes (except the gaskets that go against your firewall). I do know if it doesn't move smoothly and seal tightly, you won't get squat for heat. Good luck! .

Re: Outer Heater Box Door Question
I have one I'll send you if you want it. It's a bit rusty, but the rubber looks complete. I'll send the entire box for the cost of shipping, or if you'll tell me how to take the door off I'll send you the door for free. The box has a broken tab.
