427 truck motor

what were the power ratings for the old 427 tall deck truck motors?

The one that I have (94 TBI427) has 240-ish horse and 475 ft/lb of torque. Earlier ones are probly close to that...

i know guys bore them out to a gazillion cubes, but i found a good running one in a dump truck-78 model i think
