front disc brake con.

Hello iam new here to posting , I have a 1956 chevy 3100 short bed military truck with the original O.D. green under the fenders ,,kind of a purty color ,,then was alter made to a forest truck and then i bought it in peices ,,so i converted to a v8 302 4 speed ,,mostly stock ,,now for the question i changed to the new front disc 5 lug and was wondering if there are rotors to change back to 6 lug that just bolt on with out having to use old hubs ,,like the slip on 6 lug ,,would be the bearings to change ? and does anyone know if the 5 lug car style brackets are same as the 6 lug kit it was a ppc kit thank you ,,

no disc brakes until 71' and they were 5 lug. after 73' they had 6 lug disks on 1/2 ton 4wd trucks.
