Re-arched springs ?
Has anyone ever had their springs re-arched to get a 4" lift instead of buying a lift kit? Did it work, would you recommend it, so on.

i doubt that stock springs can be arched enough to get a 4"lift the more the arch the shorter the spring gets

if you want to lift it with out blocks "soft ride" makes springs that will lift it above stock hieght (I have no idea what they cost I have only installed them after the customer already bought them)and for a 4wd they do ride pretty nice after they are in.

I've had springs re arced, but not for a lift. As cdowns mentioned that is going to shorten the spring. If done correctly re arced are as good as new.
