Lightbulb 88-98 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Harness

1988 - 1998 Chevy and GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Harness. What the harness does is this; The way all 1988 - 1998 GM trucks headlights are designed is to draw power for your headlights from the headlight switch in the dash using small 16 - 18 Gauge wire for power. Which results in a lot of lost voltage, and also the danger of melting wires or your headlight switch with upgraded headlights such as HID's.

Now what the HD Harness does is this:, by using 3 relays (1 for the high beam, 1 for the low beams, and 1 for the 4-High feature) it draws power directly from the battery and uses 14 Gauge wire to power the headlights from the relay and gives your headlights 13.8 volts +. Which will result in having brighter, and safer headlights! The harness' are 100% "plug n' play", there is no cutting of the original factory wiring what-so-ever. Also, if you have HID's and have issues with "flickering" this will clear up that issue. These harness' also have 4-High relay built in, so the low beams stay on with the high beams, which also increases your night time visibility!

These are not a low end cheap harness like the so called "Relay Harness'" that various Internet retailers sell. These are complete NEW high quality true Heavy Duty Headlight Harness', that replaces your factory Headlight harness (but the factory headlight harness can remain on the vehicle). ALL of the connections are cleanly soldered and heat shrunk to provide the best connection possible. The HD Harness comes with complete directions on how to install the HD Harness kit. If you have any questions feel free to contact us!

The Harness' are $95.99 shipped to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
Payment: PayPal or Postal Money order
Condition: NEW

Re: 88-98 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Harness

I have one of these harness that I purchased through another forum. It has been doing great and trouble free for over two months I believe. Install was super easy also.

Just a free bump and a great guy to purchase from. The harness is built really well and has much better quality than others I have seen. Plus its "Made in USA!"

So if I bought one of these from you would I still need the harness that makes my low beams stay on with the high beams?

No sir, these HD Headlight harness's come with the 4-High feature (low beams stay on with high beams) built in. So the harness is 100% Plug n Play!

Yes sir, we can add a relay to power your fog lights. As well as build in the option of having the foglights stay on when your high beams are on also! If you have any other questions please feel free to ask!

Hi Baron, Happy New Year. I bought one of your harnesses ( I haven't installed it yet ) and do plan to add fog lights to my Burb. My question is can I add what is needed for the fog lights to the harness you sold me ( before I install it ) or would I have to get a whole new harness?

I noticed in the picture the connectors seem to be for the composite headlights. Do you have a harness that works with the quad headlights?

Yes you are correct, this harness is for the composite style headlights. If you are wanting a harness for the 88-89 style quad sealed beam headlight set up, we could most likely build a harness to suit your needs!

Do you have a price for it off the top of your head?

I would have to check the availability of the headlight connectors for the dual sealed beam style headlights, but it would most likely be roughly about the same as the 88-98 Harness for the composite headlights!
