Nice Suburban 4 Wheel Drive Frame (Roller)
-
- I have a pretty nice 1972 Chevy/GMC Suburban 4x4 frame for sale. The only alteration is the hitch on the back. I think it would be easy to remove or replace it with a nice one. The frame was not cut. No rust out anywhere and the only scaley stuff is on the rear by the hitch. It still has the original undercoating in places. Not being a 4x4 guy I don’t have a clue what it has for the front or rear axles. The rear driveshaft is there. It has a mish-mash of wheels on it and it will be sold as a roller, just don’t know what it will have on it when it leaves here at this point in time. $300 picked up in Montezuma, Iowa. Post up any questions you have. I can also take pictures of specific areas if there is something you want to see close up. I'm pretty sure I have the parts to make this into a 4x4 pickup frame if you would want to.... As per board rules all replies in thread before any PM’s are sent. LockDoc

Re: Nice Suburban 4 Wheel Drive Frame (Roller)
thanks for the nice images of your 4x4 burb frame. My burb is a 4x2 to 4x4 conversion and this is good to have in my file for reference. If you were in Cleveland Ohio I'd buy it from you! Good luck with the sale.

Thanks

Leon,
Thanks for working with me on this frame. I am looking forward to getting it down here and under my Burb. Just let me bud! Tommy |
