heater blend door plastic fitting
'85 GMC - I'm trying to locate a new plastic/nylon fitting on the hvac blend door. Not sure what it's called, but here's a pic of one that I stole from another contributor to this board. (thanks 1985GMCguy)
If anyone can get me pointed in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Otherwise I'll have to try to fab one out of a piece of oak or something. Here's a pic of what I need: |

Re: heater blend door plastic fitting
Mine broke 3 times in a row over two years so I decided on something like this;

Re: heater blend door plastic fitting
Nice solution - why didn't I think of that? With the part # from Low Elco I picked one up at my local dealer.
