Here is a almost new CPP Trac bar. It's the one adjustable at both ends. I installed it on my truck and ran it about a month. I took it off cause I upgraded to a deluxe trac bar kit. $50 shipped conus.

After how much drop is one of these recomended? (with a drop block, yes no?)

I think you are supposed to install one of these after any amount of drop and it is good for up to 4" of drop. My truck has a 6 1/2" drop on the rear and that is to much for this bar. It causes the bar to run at an uphill angle to the axle which is not good.
