The bolt on full exhaust kits sold by LMC and Dynomax and others, do they work with trucks lowered via flip kit? Not sure if the tailpipes from these kits provide enough clearance with lowered trucks.

Mines not lowered, but you can see how high the pipes go on the LMC one. They pretty much tuck up as high as you want them to go:
