Re: No Limit's "K-10"
Great truck Rob, I hope it smokes the competition! how much weight did you shave from the hood by letting Owen go hog wild and how flimsy is the hood now?

Re: No Limit's "K-10"
Rob, that is awesome you only have 400hrs in it. I know there is a lot of work done to build that truck. It takes a lot of people 400hrs to get their trucks in primer, let a lone rolling ready to go to paint and such. I figured you wouldn't finish weld it all. I'm sure it is strong, plus I bet when it's all painted and powder coated, it'll look sweet! Did you throw it on some scales, and if so, are you happy with the total weight so far?

Re: No Limit's "K-10"
I'm gettin excited! Talked to the powder coater and I may get it back thurs, but friday for sure. We blocked on the rear quarters for a while last night. Finally got pistons yestarday and dropped them off at the machinists. Still got two more wheels to make. We didn't weigh it on before powder, but it feels pretty light. Four guys can lift it pretty easy, I estimate appx 120 each, or 480/500 lbs total. I'll get picts up as soon as I see the chassis.

OK, don't think I'll be sleeping tonight. Too excited. The guys from First Place Powder Coating called and told me it won't be done till tuesday. Then they laughed at me. LOL. Then they go on to tell me how *****en it is. So I beg them to send me a pict...... no, I have to wait till the morning. Rat Bastiges

Re: No Limit's "K-10"
wow....seems like that truck is going to rewrite the GG's autocross classification rulebook!
I mean really....how can the bolt on and weld on custom ifs - custom rear/irs trucks compete with a purpose built race truck? Wish it was mine!
