Question 66 Carb Question

My 66 runs fine when it is warm but always runs very rough when cold, even when the temp is below 75°F. I found the manual clutch cable disconnected and connected it. Even with choke adjustment when cold, it makes no difference. After about 5 mins. it runs smooth.

Any suggestions?

tks
