Plastic boring?
i need to bore this tube out just a little---maybe 1-3mm.
Any suggestions? If you are wondering, this is the corner part of those cubical partitions. |

X2, or if you have a friend with machinery, a lathe or boring machine would work.

Nevermind----i used a dremel. Although further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure on how long the tube is, heres my.02 Set the tube in a fixture(through a table top on its end) get a flush trim type router bit and change the bearing to get the offset you need to get the size hole your looking for. Machine in as far as you can from both ends. Make a dowel that fits the new profile with a little room so you can add sand paper to it and an arbor& put it in a drill and go to town on it! or, just find a piece of tubing with the correct inside diameter. all this talk about plastic is getting boring! cheers, Pat

Use a wheel cylinder hone on a 3/8" hand drill
