Good lookin truck freeride, don't see those mirrors very often anymore. Looks like a great winter truck, we get the same cr@ppy weather up here in Northern Sask as you do in the winter, such as the 12" of snow the last few days, that is why i have a 71 4x4 with 35's at the least.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
Bruce, what's the drop on yours? 3/5 or 4/6? It's got the stance, with the wheels just filling the wells but not tucking in yet, that I want on mine. :-)

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
I love this truck and its my daily driver. It rides and drives great since I completly went through the suspension and having the fuel injected TBI 350 and 700r4 trans makes it a great cruiser. I take on the highway for 3 hour drive one way very often. It cruises at 80mph with no problems. Its getting 16-18 mpg on the highway. The vintage A/C works good, and power windows are nice also. Its not much different than driving a newer truck but I get way more thumbs up from people. |
