billet grille and drop down chrome rear bumper options, where to buy, advice
I'm so far out of the loop on where to buy and what accessories are available for 80s chevy's. My truck is the lifted black/yellow one. Advice on what grille's may look good?
I bought a replacement plastic grille for a '83 (thats what my truck is titled as) from LMC. Like it was supposed to it came in a very dark grey color, I don't think that would look good on my truck. So now am considering a horizontal bar grille either in chrome, billet, or plastic chromed. I've only have LMC magazine, ebay and jcwhitney for resouces. Seems the grills in JC made by the same manufacture as the ones on ebay.I have no idea on the LMC grille's but they appear very similar in styling. I was hoping to find one with wider bars than whats available. I had a 80s chevy 5 years ago that had bars that were probably a inch wide (see picture of light blue truck below). Would like to find somthing like that. Also need a drop rear bumper to help with bumper height laws. Probably going to need one with a deeper drop than whats on this black truck, see pic. Any suggestions on where to buy? Gotta fab brackets I suppose?

Re: billet grille and drop down chrome rear bumper options, where to buy, advice
Luverne, and reflexxion both make rear drop bumpers i believe in 8-12 inch drop options, but recievers to match are hard to find. the bumper in the pic looks like a 8 inch, which is stock drop i believe, the stock ones just dont taper in from the outside ends. my truck has a 10 (see pic) its a fey, they dont make them anymore, but the two listed above are simaler. For my taste i like to keep the grille factory gm, in design at least, but on chevys i like the look of the bowtie painted body color. but i figure lmc, stlyin trucks, or somewhere like that would have a billit grille for ya if thats the way you want to go..

Thanks for the help. That figures ones like yours are discontinued...I think that style looks the best. I havn't been able to find a 12" drop. Every billet grill I've found appears to have narrow bars, hoping to find ones that are around a inch wide
