drop kit questions

starting to think a 2/4 is not enough. i have a stock 96 xcab dually.. i wanna slam the truck. really dont wanna spend more then 600. im thinking a 5/7. i want it SLAMMED. ive been doing some research and it looks like im going to have to do a flip kit in the rear and spindles and coils up front. is it gonna be a tough job? are spindles hard to do? along with the notch? am i going to have to cut the bed for the notch? thanks

Re: drop kit questions

I haven't done any duallys,... but the 5/7 or 6/8 drop you want will require a frame not and at least trimming the cross brace above the rearend housing.
I don't think you can get spindles, drop front springs, flip kit and drop shocks for under $600.

Lots of info at www.duallyscene.com.
