62-One-Ton Cheated me!!! I Paid for a part, HE NEVER SENT IT!!!

I worked a deal with another member, 62-One-Ton on the site to purchase a part on March 23, and sent a payment by Pay Pal that day to him, to which he has recived and he let me know that he recieved the payment on the same day, he said he would be sending the part out that next monday March 26, I let it go until April 4, and I sent another PM asking him to please let me know where we were at with the part which he did respond to me, (Hey John. Sorry sorry sorry. My my phone locked up during an update last week and I couldnt find my password for my account. but I got it all fixed now. I will ship out your vent asap. if im home early enough today it will be on its way. I aplogize for the major delay. please forgive me. Thanks. Mike). I have since then sent him 3 more PM's with no response or effort to let me know what is going on with the part that I have paid for!!! April 10th I sent a PM to him and requested my money back and have yet to recieve a response back.
At this time I would not want to recieve the part from him I would just want my money back and to do business with someone I would feel to be more honest!!!!! I understand that 30.00 is not a lot of money, but it has come down to the fact that if he said they were going to send it I would not trust to get the correct part or one that was not damaged

At this time I would have to chalk this one up to a leason learned to get more information and to NEVER GIFT money to someone thru PAY PAL ( My fualt have never used Pay Pal).
At this time I would HIGHLY suggest to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 62-One-Ton EVER

Get n touch with paypal and see if you can get your money back that way. I think you have 30 days to file a claim.

I tried to go that route but since I gifted the money to him Im SOL, they said that they can not do anything becouse that there was not product exchanged when you gift money
Lesson learned I guess !!
I hope that others read this and dont make the same mastake that I did

We have been discussing this very issue on gen d. You have zero recourse if you use the gift feature to save someone a few bucks. I will look at the account and see if I can get him to reply here for you.

I just wanted to speak up for myself here. Ive had alot of personal issuses going on lately. I have now contacted OP to refund his money. Sorry for the issuses.
